The result, developed over three decades of clinical work, is a patient-specific mapping framework that works to identify structural and neuromyofascial factors associated with a person’s symptoms.

Dr. G. Blair Lamb
Developer of the Neuromyofascial Science Framework
Dr. Lamb is the developer of Neuromyofascial Science, a framework for patient-specific injury mapping in complex chronic conditions. With more than 30 years of clinical practice and a documented history of patent filings related to his clinical methods, Dr. Lamb has dedicated his career to building a more precise understanding of what may drive chronic pain and neurological dysfunction. His work spans clinical practice, research, and the development of TNPC, a proprietary approach applied based on the individual patient’s neuromyofascial map. TNPC is delivered within his medical practice in Ontario, which operates separately from NMF Science LLC.

Patrick Wagner is Co-Founder and Head of Communication at NMF Science LLC, which he owns and operates. His work focuses on translating complex neuromyofascial science into accessible educational content for patients, practitioners, researchers, and the broader public. Patrick leads content development, outreach, and strategic communication for NMF Science across all channels.
