The answer, developed over three decades of clinical work and multiple patents, is a patient-specific mapping framework that identifies structural and neuromyofascial drivers with precision.

Dr. G. Blair Lamb
Founder and Clinical Director, NMF Science
Dr. Lamb is the developer of Neuromyofascial Science and a pioneer in patient-specific injury mapping for complex chronic conditions. With more than 30 years of clinical innovation and multiple patents in neuromyofascial treatment methods, Dr. Lamb has dedicated his career to building a more precise understanding of what drives chronic pain and neurological dysfunction. His work spans clinical practice, research, and the development of TNPC, a proprietary suite of precision-based interventions applied based on the individual patient’s neuromyofascial map.
Patrick Wagner
Co-Founder and Head of Communications, NMF Science
Patrick Wagner co-founded NMF Science alongside Dr. Lamb to build the communication infrastructure around the framework. His work focuses on translating complex neuromyofascial science into accessible educational content for patients, practitioners, researchers, and the broader public. Patrick leads content development, outreach, and the strategic communication of NMF Science across all channels.
